Catherine is a Production Designer for film and television. A native of the Cape Town film industry, she is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa and now resides in the USA. After a short stint in architecture, she pursued her dream of a career in film and television, which has given her the space to explore and challenge her imagination and creativity.

Catherine has experience working in multicultural teams and design spaces. She takes a collaborative approach to design, has an eye for detail honed through years of hands-on Art Department experience, and is driven to achieve her production vision while respecting the demands of production schedules. Her interests include textile work, fine art, hiking, and baking.
